Pre-orders
We here at StrongSupplementShop.com do our best to make sure that we are always in stock on all of your favorite products.
We always want to make sure you have the ability to get the products you want!
Once in a while we will be out of stock on products usually due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the manufacturer being out of stock. Once we get an idea as to when a product will be back in stock, or when a new product will be in stock, we will make it available for you to pre-order.
Here are a few details of how pre-ordering works with us:
United States
If you place an order for an item that is on pre-order, we will ship it as soon as we get the product in. If you place an order that has a mix of both pre-ordered items and items that are currently in stock, your order will be split into two shipments, and the pre-ordered item will be shipped when it becomes available. In the event you have paid for an expedited shipping option, only the first shipment will be shipped this method unless you pay for two expedited shipments. If you would like you order to be shipped as one please just let us know in your order notes.
In the event you have an order with both pre-ordered items and in stock items, and the pre-ordered item will be in stock within 2 business days, we will automatically ship this as one when the pre-ordered item becomes available, unless otherwise specified.
Military & International
If you place an order with a mix of pre-ordered items and in stock items, your order will be shipped as one when the pre-ordered item becomes available, unless you pay for a split shipment.
